Here's a couple sketches to give you a feel for my style.

The very loose black & white sketch has more movement, a little less detail. Watercolor washes could be added if you like the feel of this.

I imagine the approval sketch would be similar to the color sketch next to the black & white, but this style can also be used as the final. It can also be tightened up to any degree of detail.

This is an example of a pastel technique that has a very soft, bright feel... more on the realistic than artistic side.
